Community West Foundation Celebrates 25 Years Of Service

Congratulations to Community West Foundation (CWF) on celebrating 25 years of 'Illuminating Hope' in our community!

CWF focuses on helping people restore dignity by supporting organizations that provide basic-needs programs and services in Cleveland, Western Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.

West Shore Meals On Wheels has been very fortunate to be one of many worthy organizations supported by grants from Community West Foundation. We are ever grateful for the important contribution Community West has made to our success in providing nutritious meals to residents of the Fairview Park, Lakewood and Rocky River communities.
