West Shore Meals On Wheels is deeply grateful to Community West Foundation (CWF) for many years of generous annual grants in support of our program.
CWF focuses on helping people restore dignity by supporting organizations that provide basic-needs programs and services in Cleveland, Western Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. To accomplish its mission, CWF provides organizations such as ours with the financial resources to further their cause and to create the small miracles that change communities.
Because we do not receive government funding, our Meals On Wheels program relies on the generosity of individuals and organizations in the communities we serve to accomplish our important mission: preparing and delivering freshly made, nutritious meals to residents of Fairview Park, Lakewood and Rocky River who
find it difficult to shop for or prepare their own meals.
