Italian Sauce The Right Way

Tom Esposito is at it again making his delectable spaghetti sauce for our recipients. We are so lucky to have Tom as a volunteer and a Board member at our Rocky River-Lakewood Kitchen. We're even luckier that he knows how to cook authentic Italian cuisine! Of course, the best sauce starts with fresh ingredients -- in this case, luscious vine-ripened tomatoes from volunteer Emil Girod's garden. Molte grazie Tom and Emil!
