On December 7, 2022, our Rocky River-Lakewood Kitchen hosted our first "Dr. Dirt" (a.k.a. Emil Girod) Fundraiser. Emil offered information about soil preparation, including soil additions that get the ground ready for the next planting season.
We had 24 people in attendance, and the evening was a great success! Everyone left knowing a bit more about what it takes to grow vigorous, nutritious fruits and vegetables in their own gardens.
